Pick flavourful well-baked bread
Choose your bread wisely and make sure it has great flavour. Preferably bake up your own. Textures are important, so if your filling is soft and creamy, make sure you bread is crunchy. If you have a crunchy filling, then go for a softer bread.
Spread matters. With a knife in hand and a little Lurpak® Spreadable you top your bread with extra flavour. Seal the bread, keep out the sogginess and build a tasty foundation with butter.
Pick not too soggy ingredients
Make sure your ingredients are not too soggy. Greatness comes with a little salt: remove some of the moisture of your juicy tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce by letting a good handful of salt absorb the moist for about 5-10 minutes before adding salad to your sandwich.
Go for room temperature
Make sure your sandwich isn’t too cold. Bring the ingredients to room temperature, this will improve the flavour.
