Wash the potatoes and cut each one into 6-8 wedges.

Fire up the grill.

When the grill is ready, melt the butter and brush the potato wedges with butter on all sides, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Now grill the potatoes on all sides for about 20 minutes, turn the potatoes regularly and brush with melted butter. When they are done, add the​ chopped​ fresh herbs to the rest of the melted butter and brush the potatoes one last time before serving.
