PUMPKIN SOUP WITH CHIVES

Roughly chop the pumpkin, onion and garlic.
Fry them in Lurpak® Butter with the curry powder in a large pan.
Pour on the stock and let simmer for 1 hour.
Blend the soup until smooth and season with salt and black pepper.
Serve the warm soup topped with fromage frais, a sprinkling or chives and toasted garlic bread.
