T-bone steak with rosemary, thyme and mint

Remove the steak from the fridge and bring to room temperature. Rub the steak with black pepper, melted Lurpak® Butter and vegetable oil.
Meanwhile, heat a griddle pan or a hot BBQ. When the griddle is hot, season the steak with salt, rosemary, garlic and thyme and cook the steak for 2 minutes each side for rare, 3 for medium-rare and 4 for well done.
Take the steak off the griddle or BBQ, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 4-5 minutes.
Sprinkle over with fresh mint and lemon zest and serve the steak topped with the remaining Lurpak® Butter.
Serve with a large green salad and baked sweet potato.
